You are at the information page for the upcoming Seven Valleys Writing Project's first annual Winter Conference
This year's theme is Teaching and Writing with Authority
This half-day winter conference on the SUNY Cortland campus will present teachers with practical, theoretically informed sessions on effective strategies for sponsoring learning through writing. The presenters have successfully completed the SUNY Cortland Summer Institute and are teachers themselves; sessions will be both engaging and hands-on, with clear classroom applications. The conference is open to teachers at all levels and in all subject areas, K-12.
