Q. When is the Student Accounts Office open?
A. The Student Accounts Office is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. We are closed on the following holidays: New Year's Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, the day before, and the day after Thanksgiving Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
Q. Where is the Student Accounts office located?
A. Our office is located in the Miller Building, Room 323. See campus map.
Q. What are my charges and/or balance due for this semester?
A. You can view your charges, balance due and financial aid for any previous semester or current semester on myRedDragon. To view what your charges will be for the 2008-09 academic year, select Costs of Attendance.
Q. Do I have any refunds available?
A. Go to myRedDragon and view your student account.
Q. How can I make a payment and what kind of payment is accepted?
A. We accept cash, checks, money orders, and credit cards—Mastercard, Visa and Discover only.

Q. What is the Monthly Payment Plan?
A. The Monthly Payment Plan is an option available to all students during the Spring and Fall semesters only. The semester balance due is divided into five equal payments.
Select the Monthly Payment Plan when you receive your semester bill and remit the first payment along with a $35 processing fee by the bill due date.
You will receive a billing statement each month. Each additional payment is due in our office (not postmarked) by the 15th of each month during the semester. There is no additional finance charge or interest associated with the use of this payment option, however, a late rebilling fee may be assessed each month if payments are not received by the due date.
Q. How can I view my account, confirm my attendance, or pay my current term bill on-line?
A. Go to myRedDragon, select the "Student Online" tab, and select the "View Semester Charges/Payments" option under Student Accounts (upper right portion of the page).
Q. Who do I contact for a transcript, verification of enrollment, or change of address?
A. The Registrar's Office. They can be contacted at (607) 753-4701 or by email.
Q. When will I receive my 1098-T Tax Form and what is reported on this form?
A. The 1098-T form is sent in January and can be viewed on the Student's Account page on myRedDragon. Select 1098T to view your individual form. Details of the amounts reported can be viewed on the second page of the form on Banner Web. This form reports eligible billed charges for the tax year.
Q. What credits can I claim on my tax return (Tuition, Hope Credit, Lifetime Learning Credit)?
A. Contact a tax professional or visit the IRS website for more information.
