A non-refundable minimum deposit of $49 is required with each application. The remaining balance is due seven business days before the first day of camp.

Camp Philosophy

Our goals are to stimulate interest in soccer, build confidence, sharpen skills and improve game play...all while encouraging a passion for soccer. Our camp strives to build a solid technical foundation while challenging players with advanced tactics of the game. An emphasis is placed on individual development, with age appropriate instruction.

Our experienced and motivated staff create an environment which enables players to advance their skills and realize their potential to play at the next level. Demonstrations by our expert staff gives opportunities for accurate visual modeling that will ultimately be replicated by campers. Dependable supervision allows learning to occur in a safe and fun envioronment. Maximum participation is always a high priority.

Coaching Staff

Heidi Woodcock completed her third season as the head coach of the Cortland women’s soccer program in 2006 after serving as an assistant coach for the Red Dragons during the spring of 2004. Prior to Cortland, Woodcock coached the Liverpool High School girls’ junior varsity soccer team in the fall of 2003 and was an assistant coach for the bronze medal-winning Central Region women’s open soccer team at the 2004 Empire State Games.

Woodcock has a career record of 31-29-3, including a 10-8-1 mark in 2006. In 2005, Cortland finished with a 12-9 record and reached the finals of the SUNYAC Tournament for the second season in a row. Under Woodcock’s guidance, the Red Dragons featured the SUNYAC Rookie of the Year and two all-region selections.

In Woodcock’s initial season, the Red Dragons compiled a 9-10-2 record and reached the finals of the SUNYAC Tournament. Three of Woodcock’s players earned all-state honors including the NYSWCAA Defensive Player of the Year.

Woodcock is a 2002 graduate of Nazareth College, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology and was a starting sweeper for the nationally ranked women’s soccer program. As a senior, she was named a second team All-American and the Empire 8 Player of the Year. Woodcock was also a two-time all-region and three -time all-state and all-conference selection.
