Below is the ballot for the Professional Staff Senator for 1999-2001. Please follow the instructions carefully so that your vote will count.

1. MARK YOUR BALLOT CAREFULLY.

2. PLACE THE BALLOT IN THE SMALLER ENVELOPE. DO NOT MAKE MARKS OF ANY KIND ON THE  SMALLER ENVELOPE.

3. PLACE THE SMALLER ENVELOPE IN THE LARGER ENVELOPE (WHICH IS PRE-ADDRESSED TO JACKIE GROOT)

4. SIGN THE OUTSIDE BACK OF THE LARGER ENVELOPE. UNSIGNED ENVELOPES WILL NOT BE OPENED OR COUNTED IN THE VOTE.

5. SEND THE BALLOT TO JACKIE GROOT, ADVISEMENT AND FIRST-YEAR PROGRAMMING. BALLOT MUST BE RECEIVED BY 4:00 PM, TUESDAY, APRIL 13, 1999.

Smaller envelopes are not opened until all have been separated from their mailing envelopes, ensuring the confidentiality of your vote.
