The Aerobics Program is managed through the Fitness component of your Recreational Sports Program by the Assistant Director of Recreational Sports for Fitness, Louise Mahar.
Classes are Free for students and staff/faculty who are members of the fitness facilities. Faculty/staff who are not members of the fitness facilities may purchase an Aerobics program membership at $20.00 per semester or $35.00 per year. It is also possible to pay $4.00 per class. (Please note: all participants must have a current SUNY Cortland I.D. or be a guest of a SUNY Cortland student, staff, or faculty member). Memberships can be purchased in the Recreational Sports Office, Park Center, Room E-245, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m./ Monday through Friday. Those who wish to pay by the class may do so at the front desk in the Tomik Fitness Facility.
