Outdoor Adventures at SUNY Cortland (Credit)
REC 108: CROSS COUNTRY SKIING (1 credit)

Learn basic skills and techniques of cross-country skiing, including diagonal stride, skating, double poling, uphill techniques, and downhill techniques. Students will also learn how to safely enjoy the winter environment and the natural history of the region on trips to local forests and preserves.

Class fee is $25 (covers transportation, equipment rental, gear use)
