• Teacher of the Year Keynotes 2008 Cortland Mini-Conference. Dr. John R. Passarini, Ed.D., CAPE delivered the keynote address to kick off the 2008 SUNY Cortland PE Mini-Conference on October 10, 2008 @ 9am in the main gym at Park Center.
