From Cortland: Take Port Watson St. east to bridge over Tioughnioga River. Continue on Rte. 11 south for five miles (four miles south on Rte. 11 from I-81 exit 10). Turn left on Hoxie Gorge Road. Take the left fork into gorge, drive past houses and look for College signs part way up hill.  |
