This photograph of Tracy was taken at Valle del Bao after she had spent 6-8 hours on the back of a pack mule traveling through the rugged mountainous region of central Dominican Republic. Tracy is using morphological and molecular techniques to sort out taxonomic problems we have encountered with some of our Caribbean and Australasian collections.
