Five Year Transition Plan
for Collecting Performance Data
on Candidates in the Childhood Education Program
at SUNY Cortland

 

We have organized our Five Year Transition Plan in two ways:

1. Narrative Version: This document gives a chronological version of our plans for collecting and analyzing data related to the performance of our candidates. This version gives reviewers more detail about the data collection and analysis process.

2. Matrix Version: This document organizes our assessment plan by critical transition points for collecting and analyzing data related to the performance of our candidates. This version gives reviewers more detail about the points at which data will be collected throughout candidates' participation in the program.
