The Records, Gift Processing and Stewardship Group (RGPS) in the Financial Operations Office is responsible for the maintenance of all biographical records of the 49,000 living SUNY Cortland alumni, as well as the giving records of faculty/staff and emeriti, corporate and foundation supporters, and other friends of the college. Alumni record updates can be made by accessing the Alumni Information Update Form.
The RGPS group is also responsible for recording, and timely acknowledgment of all gifts to college.
