Final Draft of Rubrics Distributed by Panel and Approved by Governance Bodies

On October 6, 2005 the Critical Thinking Panel provided its final draft of rubrics and standards for public inspection. On October 22, 2005 the Faculty Council of Community Colleges at its fall plenary approved the rubrics and standards, and on October 27, 2005 the Executive Committee of the University Faculty Senate did so. Interested persons can access the final draft of the rubrics by clicking here.

In addition, the panel has provided a series of "anchor responses" that illustrate students' answers to questions at the various levels of proficiency for the two critical thinking student learning outcomes. These anchor responses can be accessed by clicking here.
