Banner Web is the on-line system that SUNY Cortland students use to register for classes, manage their financial aid account, view mid-term and final grades, select residence hall options, and monitor their student accounts. Because Banner Web for Students operates via the Internet it is available to students 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Due to federal regulations in regards to student privacy rights Banner Web is only available for the student.
However, students can give parent “Third Party access”. The “Third Party Access” is a feature which allows someone other than a student to pay a student's bill(s) without having access to the student's entire Banner Web account. If you and your student would like to sign up for “Third Party Access” you should contact the student accounts office at 607-753-2313.
