Parent PLUS Loans - Learn More and Apply On-line

The Federal Parent Loan for Undergraduate Students (PLUS Loan) is a loan available to parents of undergraduate college students. The standard government interest rate is 8.5% along with a total of 4% in up-front fees. Many lenders offer discounts off of the government rates. Since the rate you pay can result in a significant difference in total cost over the life of the loan, it is important to make an informed choice of lender. Our list of "Suggested Lenders" includes information on rates, discounts and other benefits for a variety of lenders. You are free to choose any participating lender, but be sure to learn about the lender's rates before making any commitment.
