Billing and Student Accounts

The Student Accounts Office (sometimes called the Bursar’s Office) works closely with the Financial Advisement Office to provide a variety of financial services to our families, and is a partner in the processing of all financial aid transactions.  But the two offices are separate, and have different functions. 

The Student Accounts Office is located on the third floor of the Miller Administration Building (one floor above Financial Advisement).  The office performs all billing and payment functions for students, and distributes the actual payments (disbursements) for all financial aid/loan programs.  The office also maintains on-line account information and services for Cortland students through Bannerweb, including the ability to make on-line bill payment by check or credit card.

The Student Accounts Office maintains an extensive website, with information on topics including tuition rates, billing and monthly payment plans.
