SUNY Cortland EMS provides emergency medical care for the entire campus and may be requested to provide crews for large functions and the other events that draw large crowds onto the campus. We provide this service for free for campus run activities. This includes functions such as sports activities and concerts. For non-campus functions please contact us at x4112 and we will discuss our policies.

     If you would like SCEMS at your event, here is what we need from you:
          -Written notice asking our attendance at the function AT LEAST two weeks prior to the event.
          -An estimated number of participants at your function. This will give us an idea to the number of personnel needed.
          -Date, location, and estimated length of the function.
          -Time that you would like us to arrive with a general location to meet the person(s) in charge of the event.
          -If you are providing a specific staging area for us to work out of, please provide that information along with the
               time and location for us to arrive. If this is not provided we will set up where we believe is an appropriate location.
          -Name and phone number of a contact person. We will also provide this for you upon confirmation of the event.
          -Follow up call no later than two days before the event. This is just a confirmation that all information is correct.
