§       The “old” lab-scheduling form has been eliminated. Please submit your requests to me via e-mail (copeyv@cortland.edu).  Be sure to include your phone number in the e-mail message.

§       Please check the on-line posted schedules (see above link) for availability BEFORE submitting your request. I will keep the schedules updated daily.

§       In addition to your primary slot preference, please include one (1) additional time-slot preference. Be specific with times and dates. Do not simply write something like, “give me the 5th week of the semester.”

§       A minimum of one (1) week of lab time is REQUIRED for all those teaching Academic Writing I & II. You may still take a 2-week slot is you so desire. If you have a problem with this requirement, please see Karla.

§       Assignments are designated on a first-come, first-served basis. Those who submit first will, obviously, have the best choices. Extra lab time can not be assigned until everyone has secured his/her initial slot(s).

§       I will not usually send out a confirmation reply. The best way to determine if your request has been implemented is checking the on-line schedules to see if it has been posted. It should be posted within 24-48 hours of your submission date.

§       Please try to get you request to me by January 15.
