Common Problems:

I have done above steps correct but no access!

  1. If you are trying to log in to early then you will not have access. Online courses become active 24 to 48 hours before the set start date of each semester.
  2. You may have just registered/enrolled but have not been added to the course. This happens during drop/add and late enrollments. There is at least 1 working day from date of course registration/enrollment and eLearning room access.

I have access but I do not see my course under the course list!

  1. You have logged in to early. Online courses become active 24 to 48 hours before the set start date.
  2. You just added the course and your name has not been sent to the eLearning administrator for upload. This takes at least 1 working day.

I do not fit these common problem definitions!

  1. Contact eLearningHelp and we will assist.

Course has started and your registration/enrollment to the course is more then 24 hours past!

  1. Contact eLearningHelp immediately and we will assist. Please be sure to give us both a phone number and email address when filling out the form.
