Stationery
For a successful identity, the consistency of all materials starting with the stationery system is critical. It is important to never recreate the stationery system, but to use the original electronic files or provided pre-printed materials.
The SUNY Cortland stationery can be produced in two ways. In the one-color version, black ink is used. In the two-color version, Pantone 186 (Cortland Red) and black is used.
A longer correspondence or additional information may need to be included with the primary letterhead sheet. Never use the primary letterhead for multiple pages.
It is recommended that the second-page sheet be the same paper stock as the primary letterhead.
Please use supplies of existing printed College materials until depleted, but no later than June 30, 2008. Beginning July 2008, all official printed College materials must adhere to the new graphic identity guidelines.
