Letterhead
One-Color Version
A file of the one-color letterhead template will be provided by the Marketing Office for use in your division, school, unit, department or program office. One-color letterhead can be replicated on a laser printer, a copy machine or an offset press.
Two-Color Version
The two-color letterhead template will be prepared by the Publications and Electronic Media Office and may only be printed on an offset press. For more information please contact the office at publications@cortland.edu or by calling (607) 753-2519.
Please use supplies of existing College printed materials until depleted, but no later than June 30, 2008. Beginning July 2008, all official printed College materials must adhere to the new graphic identity guidelines.
All new orders for official printed College materials must adhere to the new graphics standards.
The use of personal or individual letterhead and envelopes has been discontinued in order to place the primary emphasis on the College, school, unit, department or program.
