Grad Finale

Each year, the College Store hosts the Grad Finale™ an event which allows students to purchase caps and gowns, diploma covers, commencement announcements, class rings, diploma frames and other gift items relating to Commencement. This is also the first opportunity to select and pick up Commencement tickets. 

Grad Finale will be held on Tuesday, April 8 in Corey Union Function Room from 8:30 a.m. - 7 p.m.

Students who are unable to attend the Grad Finale™ may purchase Commencement items at the College Store during regular business hours.

Other College departments participating in the Grad Finale™ include the Bursar/Student Accounts, Financial Aid, Alumni Affairs, The Cortland College Foundation, Graduate Studies and the Commencement Committee. All will have tables set up to answer questions and provide information to graduating students.

An event reminder postcard will be sent to all students eligible for Commencement the week before the Grad Finale™. The goal of this event is to provide graduates with one-stop shopping while preparing for Commencement.

When undergraduate students receive their tickets, six (6) tickets will be bundled together. The top ticket is the student line-up ticket. Do not dispose of this ticket. Below the student line-up ticket will be five (5) guest tickets. Tickets are not required for students or guests participating in the graduate Commencement ceremony.
