Classroom Technology Maintenance

Service Description
Technical Services is responsible for the on-going maintenance of existing classroom media equipment.  Media equipment typically includes data projectors, audio systems, document cameras, DVD/VHS decks and control systems within instructional spaces.

Using this Service
To initiate a classroom repair ticket or system improvement, please contact the Media Operations Office at (607) 753-4799.
Service Availability
Monday to Friday
8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Customer Responsibilities
For classroom failures, it may be possible that the situation cannot be rectified during the class period.  In this event, you would need to continue class using an alternate means of content delivery.
 Policies or Service Requirements
Technical Services maintains classroom technology through an equipment replacement lifecycle plan.
We will entertain inquiries and suggestions for system improvements.  Such improvements may be considered and incorporated into future campus design standards.
