Service Description
Media Operations will provide immediate trouble shooting assistance for the Tech Classrooms, Tech Computer Labs, Tech Ready Classrooms, Tech Carts, Video Classrooms, and for all other equipment supported by Classroom Media Services. Please refer to our Classroom Standards page for a listing of equipment associated with different types of technology spaces.

Friday 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Telephones are located in all technology classroom spaces so you can easily contact us if you are experiencing technology problems.
Customer Responsibilities
Please call Media Operations at x4799 to report a problem. It is possible that a technology problem cannot be rectified during a class period. If this occurs, you would need to continue class using an alternate means of content delivery.
