Capital Project Technical Facilitation
Service Description
Technical Services can assist with the technical oversight of media systems development within capital projects coordinated by Facilities Planning and Construction.
This service involves interaction with faculty, staff and administration to help determine the best technology solution for meeting the instructional goals of the college. Once the systems are installed Technical Services provides ongoing technical support.

Policies or Service Requirements
Responsibilities of Technical Services would include input and review at all phases of the project: program, design, pre-bid, bid, construction and closeout.
Customer Responsibilities
Facilities, Planning and Construction would be responsible for providing project development documentation such as submittals, contracts and prints, as well as a timeline detailing a schedule of requested services.
