Campus Project Technical Coordination
Service Description
Technical Services can assist with the oversight of campus projects that includes permanent media equipment installations. Generally, these include the retention of multiple contractor trades, such as: audio-visual, network, electrical, and general contractors. The involvement of Physical Plant may also be incorporated. In these projects, Technical Services will act as a liaison between the client, the trades and Facilities Planning and Construction.

Customer Responsibilities
The approval process will include a client provided funding source and appropriate budget.
Policies or Service Requirements
Technical Services will assist with technical oversight of campus projects to include campus and grant funded projects.
Technical Services will facilitate interactions with the Project Manager (Facilities Planning and Construction), Physical Plant, term contractors and audio-visual installers.
