CAP 100: |

Hardware Requirements:
It would be best to be operating on a machine which displays at least 256 (8-bit) colors and preferably thousands of (16-bit) colors and has at least 32 Mb (preferably much more) of free RAM. Some of the animations and resources are fairly large and so will take a while to download on a slow link. Most of this was developed on the Mac end so it will probably look better there.
Software Requirtements:
The following applications may need to be installed on your computer (not lab machines)
HyperStudio Reader plugin will be needed to view the stacks
Computers in the llabs should have the latest software already installed, but if you are setting up your own machine, install new software each semester since manufacturers upgrade it frequently. The buttons to the right provide links to places to obtain the software. If you are not running the Netscape Communicator 4 browser, get and install it.

If you are not running the latest Shockwave plugin, get and install it.
You must have the appropriate plugins to show QuickTime. It may have been installed automatically with your browser, but it is good to get the latest. Remember: For the QuickTime plugin to work, you must also have (the appropriate version of) QuickTime, itself, installed on your machine. It is available at the same place.

Real Player will be needed to view the narrated PowerPoint Presentations.
Acrobat Reader will be needed to view the Chapter Reviews
