March 5, 2008.  Charles Muirhead '07, from the Bioacoustics Research Project at the Cornell Laboratory of Ornithology presented a talk "Sound in the Ocean:  The application of acoustic analysis to marine mammal conservation".

March 27, 2008.  Mike Allen, from the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation presented the Annual Wilkins Bird Lecture on the "Return of the Bald Eagle: A 30-year Flight".

April 4, 2008.  Emeline Himes, senior biology major, talked informally about the process of preparing for, applying to, and being accepted to a Physician Assistant School.
