Adopt-a-highway students

Bio Club Adopts-a-Highway.  On September 18, 2008 a large number of students joined Dr. Theresa Curtis, Club Advisor, at Exit 11 on Interstate 81.  For the third year students interested in living in a clean environment participated in the clean-up.

Student Off-Campus Experiences.  Three students presented a seminar about their journeys and studies.  October 28, 2008.
(From left to right).  Amanda Neville enjoyed her classes last spring semester at the University of the Sunshine Coast in Australia.  Jack Ruggirello spent his summer out west doing research during a Summer Conservation Internship.  Carmit Schatz joined a lab at Dartmouth College for the summer and did genetics research on Arabidopsis.
