General registration and information will be available Friday from 1-10 p.m. and Saturday from 8 a.m.-Noon and from 2-5 p.m. in Corey Union, Room 209. Registration packets and Reunion Weekend T-shirts may be picked up at Registration. Class sign-in sheets will be available.

Reunion Fee
Your Reunion Fee helps to defray some of the expenses of Alumni Reunion Weekend such as mailings, registration packets, food, entertainment, a shuttle bus, and facility setup. The fee for each adult attending is $18. "Early Bird" Registrants will enjoy a $15 fee per adult attending. This fee is waived for Half Century Club members (Class of 1958 and earlier).
Housing On Campus
A dormitory will be available to alumni for Alumni Reunion Weekend. Registrations may be made using the Registration Packet which will be mailed in May 2008.
Floor assignments for rooms will be by class year. Linens will be provided by Residential Services. There are no private baths available. If a member of your party has a disability, please call the Alumni Affairs Office at (607) 753-2516 in advance to make arrangements.

Note: Alumni arriving after 11 p.m. on Friday or after 5 p.m. on Saturday should go to the University Police Office, Van Hoesen Hall, Room C-17. Those checking in on Friday from 5-8 p.m. and Saturday morning, please pick-up keys at Registration in Room 209, Corey Union.

Note that campus rooms are not equipped with clocks or phones. Smoking is prohibited in lobbies and common areas. No refunds will be given for housing reservations after June 20, 2008.

Attire for Alumni Reunion Weekend
Casual attire is suggested for all events.
Parking
Alumni may park in any parking lot on campus for Alumni Reunion Weekend. Those with special parking needs (handicap) should contact the Alumni Affairs Office for directions and permits. If you must park, even for a short time, in a no parking zone, contact University Police at (607) 753-2112 for advance permission. Guests must abide by regulations on streets under City of Cortland jurisdiction (Graham Ave. and Prospect Terrace).
Events Requiring Tickets
Tickets are needed for events that require pre-registration. For a list of events requiring pre-registration, please visit Schedule of Events. Tickets must be picked up at registration in Corey Union. Due to space and food limitations, the Alumni Association cannot guarantee ticket availability the day of the event.
Half Century Club members (Class of 1958 and earlier) pay half price for the luncheon. Spouses and guest pay full price.
Alumni Weekend T-Shirts
The Alumni Association will offer an Alumni Reunion Weekend T-shirt. This white T-shirt is 100 percent cotton and features the reunion logo.
College Store
The College Store, located in Neubig Hall, will be open Friday, 8 a.m.-5:30 p.m. and Saturday, 9 a.m.-5:30 p.m.
Swimming, Racquetball, and Tennis
The raquetball courts, the pool and the tennis courts outside of Park Center (formerly known as the PER Building) will be open to all alumni Friday 1-5 p.m. and Saturday 3-5:30 p.m.
Child Care
Child care is not available. Arrangements should be made on your own. If you would like to receive a list of students who might be able to babysit, contact the SUNY Cortland Student Employment Service at (607) 753-2223.
Reunion Refund Policy
Based upon the reservations we receive for Alumni Reunion Weekend, we make commitments to caterers and vendors, and are obligated to pay them accordingly. In the event that you need to cancel your reservation, your request must be received by the Alumni Affairs Office no later than noon on Friday, June 20, 2008. After that date, no refunds will be given.
