Cash, check and all credit cards except American Express are accepted. For further information please stop into the SGA Office at 217 Corey Union.

Legal Advice

The Student Government Association is in contract with an attorney every year to provide services to those students in need of any legal advice. Students may receive an appointment for 15 minutes or a telephone call which ever is more convenient. There is no charge to the student to receive the legal advice.
This service does not provide any Court representation. That is at the expense of the student. Only the legal advice is paid for by SGA. This service is funded by the Mandatory Activity Fee.

Landlord Evaluation

In 2003 the Student Government, along with NYPIRG, created a survey book for students to refer to when considering an apartment off campus. This survey book can tell a student about an apartment they are considering from the condition of the property, to fees and landlord treatment. This is a wonderful resource to the student.

There is also a class room setting for extra help called Supplemental Instruction to students for various classes provided at no cost to the student. You may call the ASAP office for a schedule at 753-4309.
