Catalog Description: BIO 201: BIOLOGICAL SCIENCES I (A) Principles of biology from a botanical perspective, emphasizing structure, function, ecology, and the evolutionary diversity of the moneran, protistan, fungal and plant kingdoms. For Biology majors. Not open to students with credit in both BIO 110 and 111. Three lectures, one three-hour laboratory. (4 cr. hr.)
